I got a 1962 75hp model V4S. Can someone tell me the oil mix ratio on this motor. And is it okay to use reg mix oil or is it going to need the johnson 10 dollars for 16 oz oil mix!?!?! And if someone can, does any one know about this engine, was it a good model and where they trust worthy...
i have a 3.5 nissan (newer) it hasnt ran in over a year, i changed the plug and tried to start it, but it wont start with out me spraying starter fluid in the carb, it will run but it boggs out when i put it in low idol..... n e know what the problem is????? should i take off the carb and clean...
I just bought a boat with a 1961 75 hp Johnson, im in northeast ohio, so I had the guy put it in a barrel of water to make sure it starts and runs good.... But, seeing that its freezing out, how do i go about winterizeing the engine???? Its in my garage but still cold!!! Any tips would help...
