can anyone tell me the year of the outboard and secondly the model of the carb i think its a twenty no model plate was not there when purchased. then engine will only run on full choke and slighty bogs down and seems to be lacking power...

well i bought this engine of good old ebay a couple of weeks ago as a good runner , the bloke started it up in a wheelie bin (1st pull)
i used it on my boat this weekend but found it started fist pull and revved very well in neuteral...
