    1990's 6hp yamaha 2 stroke over heating i changed the water pump thermostat was stuck open and the plastic retainer was melted i changed that and its still over heating seems like theres not enough water pressure comming out what els could it be? i took the head off its clean

    1995 yamaha 6hp 2 stroke stalling when hot

    Hello my father bought new in 1995 a 6hp yamaha, this summer i do about a 1 mile or 2 up river and it stalls,I start it up again and same thing we took it to the yamaha dealership twice already and its just charges over charges and they dont fix it.Feels like its over heating...
