Today my son and I wrestled with our 1971 100 HP out board Johnson for a couple hours. The problem is we can not move/raise the motor into a tilt position. We cant move it at all. Does anyone know why I can not get the motor up using only a manual system. We do not have electric tilt/trim. Any...
