    95, 120 horse. at the top of the shaft, whare the top of the steering pin is, on the side closest to the boat, smoke comes out.     hard to start

    seem like something is pulling juice from the batt<br />like there is not emough power to spin the starter.<br />with plugs out starter spins fine, under pressure wont spin. Battery is new. Stater or starter?
