    Hi... There's a lower unit I may be able to get... Kinda a quick deal- my motor is a 1982 125hp... Donor motor is a 100hp..? Are these compatible (bolt patterns,size) gearing aside- I can re prop if I must... Thanks for a quick answer guys

    Gearbox dramas... 125hp 1984 Chrysler

    Hi guys, recently fitted the ol 125 to our boat, and howl!!! It was going beautifully- motor still is:) very pleased. Was engaging the gear at low revs very smoothly. Now no. Motor just revs and box makes a sound like teeth chattering? Now it just won't go into gear... Shift rod bouncing around...

    Wiring changes required? 1975 90hp- 1982 125hp

    I have just fitted a 1982 model motor to my boat, 1975 forward controls still fitted but, cables lined up perfectly, now the "wiring board" on the side of motor just needs hooking up, and i don't wan't to muff it up... I'll write how it says on the side of old and new motors, and please tell me...
