I have a 1989 Bayliner Capri (I/O) with a 2.3l Ford motor (What horse power does that equate to?)and OMC Cobra outdrive. When the DNR measured it and when we went to register it, they said it measured 16'10"? The stamp on the back of the boat is BL1J89CSE989.
