We were away for the holiday. Today gale force winds got my boat.
One of the ties gave way causing the bow to hit the dock.
The rubrail on the front of the bow caught the dock as it came down, pulling the cap out of the hull.

I currently have a 14 3/4 in 3 blade Stainless Steel 21 pitch prop on my Wellcraft Excalibur 21 sport. Has a 5.00 VP with SX drive.
My max reccomended rpm is 4000 rpm
Currently at wot I am running 3000 rpm when trimmed well.
I want to go faster, Plane well, and have good control in choppy...
I cant seem to find someone on here that knows enough about my electronics issue.

I was cruising at 3000 rpm running well.
Suddenly the boat stopped. Sputtered just prior, acted like it was out of gas.
I was able to get it started but only...

I pulled off the spark plug wire from the distributor and I can see spark from the wire that goes to the plugs.
Thought I was out of gas at first. I put in a spare 6 gal but it still did not start.
Gas is new,
fresh fuel filter.
no water in the oil.
Seems to be getting spark
Any ideas before...

Darn thing is how to you get the darn thing on. The water pump has a bolted metal bracket that the water cooler is attached to and you cant pass the belt over under around or in...
So my boat is starting to look pretty good.
Now I have White non slip floors in it.
They are in perfect shape except its really hard to keep them clean and they will stain.

Bought if from a person that did not use it and kept it out in the sun without a cover. Great boat, less than 50 hours on the engine, sound hull and engine.. >lucky me :)

Its a Wellcraft 210
Cushions on the part that cover the motor area has some cracking over a large area.
I imagine it is because the previous owner did not keep it covered properly and they got baked.
The foam is still soft and spongy like it...
