    My post was moved and I cannot find it so here goes. I just got this motor running more as a fun project and the little Sea King runs great. My problem is I dont know how to lubricate the lower drive shaft. I pulled the plugs out of the lower end and black oil came out but I cannot understand...

    1948-53 Gale outboard 3.0

    Hello everyone, I just bought this old boat and it came with an old outboard(Montgomery Ward 3.0). After some searching it appears to be a Gale made between 1948-53. It runs fine after I cleaned everything up but I am not sure how to lubricate the lower drive unit? Does anyone have any knowledge...
