I have a 2010 350 mag. mpi, repowered last year and have blown 3 exhaust manifold gaskets (both sides) in the last two seasons. Any mercruiser professionals come across this problem??? I've been boating for 40 years and only changed gaskets when i replaced manifolds every 7-10 years!

be careful when buying quicksilver fuel pump(mechanical) for small block merc. part# 861678A1 either it was manufactured improperly or boxed wrong. the pump is speced at 5-7 psi, mine was tested at over 20 psi. my friend at the parts counter told me they had 5 returned so far with same results...
