I have a 25Hp Evinrude 1996, I am having problems dropping the lowerunit down. I took out all the bolts holding it. It moves about 1/2 inch down. Now I just found a rod and a screw on the rod inside the gap where the ear muffs attach when you flush the engine. Do I need to unscrew this one...
