Following my motor shutting down on me 2 weeks ago I brought it home and replaced the impeller as it was trashed. After I got it back together it wouldn't run. It would just fire half heartedly. I pulled the plugs and found one of them to have moisture that didn't smell like fuel. Did blow it up...
Ive just replaced the impeller and the motor wont fire. The old impeller had only 2 blades on it. Last weekend it shutdown on me. I assumed it had run out of fuel as it was very low. Cold have I done some damage to the motor running it with a damaged impeller?

I have just purchased a 1991 Evinrude 15hp motor.<br />I have pull starting it for several weeks and this weekend I pulled the cover to find a starter motor. I just need to know where the start button is as I have looked the motor over and dont find one.
