    motor height on transom

    i have a 1991 seapro cc with a 140 tohatsu motor, with all the other issues i have found since i bought this boat, how do i know if the motor is mounted at the right height on the transom? any help would be appriciated!:confused:

    motor slugish

    :confused: i have a 1991 m140a, it has very little get up and go from the start. the motor revs good then after about 10 seconds it will get on plane and run ok. it ran great with the old prop, replaced with the same dia and pitch now seems to run worst than before, no binding on the shaft...
