Hey guys i got a 92 merc 90hp and i had it totally rebuilt this year at a dealership and the now the fuel bulb won't get hard.I replaced the bulb but didn't seem to help.Im gona check for cracked hose or bad clamp but was wondering what might cause this all of a sudden....thxs
Hey guys i have a 94 merc 90hp and there is oil coming out of the water inlet holes...there must be a seal or gasket somewhere in there...anyone ever see this before...i took bottom end off boat already..
Also when you want to plain faster do you lower the pitch of the prop a little bit....thxs
Hey guys my friend has an older merc motor and he says it is 125 hp...he ran it on the muffs and all is good but when he puts the boat in the water the motor wont throttle up.Im guessing its either electrical or fuel problem when a load is being placed on the motor.....it speeds up on teh muffs...
I have a 89 merc classic 40hp--oil injected 4 cylinder and it smokes alot.I think it is more than it should,i leave a blue haze behind me,,and when the wind is bad u inhale the blue smoke.Im wondering if i can adjust the mixture.....thxs
