    water pump impellor which direction?

    hi guys,<br /> fitting a new pump impellor but it doesn't say in the manual whether the blades should drag or face the direction of engine rotation. by the way it's a mariner 28. i can't tell from the previous imprint as there were blades facing all directions! grateful for any help.
