Have you tried to put a little gas in the cylinders see if it will hit if that doesn’t change anything take plug wires off and try it also make sure plug wires are not crossed just a thought
I honed cylinder put everything back together but don’t have my lower unit it’s at lake was wondering can I connect water hose to the water tube and start motor without lower unit thanks for any replys
