I think that might be the winning answer! So now I need to cap them to see if I can keep my hull dry. HOPEFULLY my problem is as simple as the hose being dry rotted.
The boat is in storage right now. The bilge goes out the side so it's not that. If I remember correctly, there are hoses that run to the front of the boat that are soft plastic- almost like a vacuum has. I'm guessing it vents something but don't know what exactly. I want to cover them and go out...
