Could a stuck float needle cause the following:<br /><br />-gas to leak from the top of the carb when the primer bulb is squeezed.<br /><br />-when in forward gear, the engine will only run at low RMP on WOT
My 15 HP Merc will not run at WOT in forward gear. Runs fine in idle and seams to run fine in reverse. I noticed some fuel leaking from the top of the carb, and have not changed plugs at all yet... any advice?
