    Merc/Tohatsu 25hp EFI 4-stroke...converted to 30hp

    I was wondering what Tohatsu did to this motor to restrict it to 25hp? If anyone knows how to convert this motor to a 30 I would really appreciate it. Thanks Motor is either a 2007 or 2008...I will varify tomorrow.
