I have 92 Searay Bowrider that has the gas tank in the floor with a screw down cover over it.
This cover has a little rot in it and has weakened and I am in the process of replacing it.

Any problems with using marine-tex to fill the gaps between the floor and hull as opposed to the resin peanut butter?
I've got lots of marine-text on hand but no filler for the expoxy resin and want to get that done this weekend.
