1992 M40 outboard. 2 stroke 4 cylinder. After starting, voltage climbs to 16v pretty quickly. Does not have a voltage regulator, just a rectifier. Does the rectifier internally regulate the voltage output? If I turn on the running lights(not nav lights), it will drop to about 14v. Concerned...
