My trim and tilt unit will not let the manual release valve out, I have tried running the trim motor with the circle key out and it doesn't pop out. Is there another method to getting this valve out to replace the oring? It is leaking around this valve.

I recently bought this motor and its not starting. I am not getting spark out of any of the spark plugs. The motor does spin normal though. I have been told that the first thing I should do is replace the POWER PACK, then I should get some to spark, and if one or two dont then replace the COILS...
