    I have this evinrude outboard . The model number comes back to a 19100 hp. I was told the power head was changed years back and it is a 140 powerhead (not by manufacturer) I have the freeze plug number (391226 RPH) But from what I can see that’s a 115. This is making ordering the correct parts...

    I recently purchased a 1988 Evinrude outboard the model number says it’s 100 hp the guy told me he did change the powerhead from a 140. I got a deal on the motor but I would love to know how I can tell if I have 100hp or 140 hp .
