    New prop, wobbles, center off a bit

    just got my new prop from a ebay seller. its brand new, but the center part looked to be off a little. sure enough, i slid it on, spun it and it wobbles!!! can i remove the center and try reinstalling it or something? this is a merc 25hp 4s big foot.
