    Fuel Sending Units

    I have a busted sending unit. I am looking to replace it, but am considering an electric sending unit with the swing arm vs the reed switch sending unit with the riding float. The current sending unit is a reed switch type. Is there any reason to spend triple the money and keep a reed switch?
