    On twin outboards,( counter rotating )does the starboard engine always have the right hand turning prop ?

    HYDRAULIC STEERING

    I have a Teleflex SeaStar hydraulic steering unit for my twin Merc 225s. The steering seems OK, no softness or stiffness when turning etc.My question is how do I know when I need more fluid. I open the dashboard mount and see no fluid. Is there another way of checking?
