I just aquired a basket case SP. I'm certain I can reassemble it after replacing the drivetrain seals and bearing that caused it to be taken apart.
My question is: Is it supposed to have a key? I don't see anywhere that it would but how does it power the fuel guage without running the battery...
I had my 4.3 die on me on the lake. Not knock no nothing. Took the plugs out thinking hydrolock but that wasn't the case. I had noticed my oil pressure fluctuating beforehand so I'm thinking the crank siezed on me. Still don't know yet, just doing some preliminary research.
