    fuel getting into bilge

    I have an 89 sunbird Corsica 175, and today I went to top off the fuel tank to get ready to go out and no fuel came out of the vent line and after we were out for about an hour, I hit the bilge and some water and fuel came out.     89 3.0 OMC cobra, starts then quickly dies!

    I have a 89 Sunbird with the 3.0 OMC cobra and I had no spark, so I found that problem and fixed it by putting on a new starter solenoid, and I have also changed out the points and condenser. What my problem is now, I can start it and as soon as I let off the key it dies. I am getting plenty...

    3.0 omc starts but won't stay running@$%!$#?

    I have an 89 sunbird with the 3.0 OMC and I just replaced starter solenoid, points and condenser and now it starts but it dies imediatly. I have good fuel pumping so I have reason to believe it is more an electrical issue, just can't find it. Someone suggested replacing the ignition...

    replacement capacity plate for corsica 175

    The Sunbird that I just bought does not have a capacity plate, I live in IL, and will be using it on local lakes here, don't even know if it is a big deal that I don't have one, I know you are supposed to, but I can't even find where it used to be. If anyone has any answers please let me know...
