    I'm having issues with the electrical system on my '78 Model 200 Rude. The mechanic at Mickey's told me to remove the black/yellow wire from the PP and check for spark.... I foget exactly what he said.. If I get spark it is good??? If I get spark it is bad??? If I don't get no spark...

    '81 or '78 200 Evinrude Problems

    Me and my padnuh bought an older Robalo and it has a 200 evinrude, ID numbers confirm it is an '81, but the spark advance says 1978.... so... When we bought it, it had been stripped of the wiring harness and two coils. We replaced the harness, coils (not new), cleaned the cooling system...
