I have a vintage 1965 evinrude 3hp and the new gasket has a small hole and noticed the reed plate has a small hole in the same location that was plugged solid. I cleaned it but what is this hole for? Thanks
A neighbor borrowed my aluminum extension ladder one time to prop up a tree that was leaning against his house. He returned it after a few times asking him and was all bent up. That's when I found out the tree fell over with my ladder under it. Took another month for him to buy me a new ladder.
I agree, makes a big difference. I also found grounds in the loom covered with green corrosion under electrical tape. Redid it with heat shrink after cleaning
This is a really old post but I found there is Lubriplate 105 that is for Outboards I think is a C105. Same kind of squeeze tube but different color tube. I plan on using it when I get it on these old non shift motors
