    Will the carbs on a 1975 johnson 135 bubble back, fit on a 1976 johnson 85 flatback? And if so, am I right in saying it will then become a 135, and not a 85?

    1976 javelin 85 prop selection.

    I have a 76 javelin 85 on a venture 1550 magnum. Just got it in a trade. Runs like a champ, power tilt and trim, hydraulic jack plate, strong motor. But the prop is mangled from previous owner. Tops out around 46mph and 4500rpm before it loses bite. What would be a good stainless performance...
