Ok ive got an OLD 9.8 merc outboard model 110.. and now idea what year.. so fired up and the water is not peeing at idle at all.. and only at high rev is it pissing... so we replaced the Impeller and its a little better but not much... any ideas??? Also where is the exhaust on this motor?.. is...
