When you say TB5, TBI and MEFI 3, does that mean I do not have an EFI? I am asking because EFI was printed on the cover of my flame arrestor.

Mine looks just like this. It is either MEFI 3 or MEFI 4. I am now looking at a diagnostic tool that does not cost an arm and a leg. I have been searching for an hour now, and only find 700 USD models. Can anyone recommend a more reasonable priced MEFI Scan tool?
