    1999 Evinrude 225 Ficht

    I am looking at a 20' bass boat with this motor on it. Is this a good rude? I have had a couple of older rudes and have never had any big problems. Does it compete with the optimax in performance, liability or is it a slug?

    1990 xp150 powerhead swap.

    Can I install a 200xp powerhead complete with carbs, intake and exhaust on my 150 chasis? I would assume it would drop right on and it probably uses the same lower unit and then put the newly labeled 150 cover back on. Sounds simple and would cost about $2,500. Feedback?

    trim guage adjustment?

    I have a 1990 xp150 and installed a new trim sender. The needle jumped into possition as soon as I connected it but it is out of wack big time. Basicaly when it is all the way down it reads all the way up. Bassackwards. I wonder if when they installed the arm on the potentiometer they didn't...

    There is 92-96psi in each cilender. Is this good/fair/crappy? What is there for comp when this engine has new pistons and rings?
