    cooling problem

    the water does not circulate enough to come out the exhaust on the outdrive. the motor is a volvo 170a, the outdrive is a 280t, can you help. The pump seems ok, the thermostat seem good, the impellor is working, still the water wont come out the exhaust. thanks in advance tom
