    I have a 1986 9.9 evinrude. When I test it with the flush muffs I get warm water from the pee hole and the motor does not get too hot to touch even after a few minutes of running. I only get water flow from the pee hole and no flow out of the prop exhaust or from the 6 holes above the cavitation...
