Flush port cap that protrudes from bottom of the lower plastic engine cover fell out. Can this be replaced without removing that lower cover? Also at the same time the pitot speedo tube barbed connection fell out. Where does that get reonncected
I have a Solas 3 blade SS 15 1/4 X 17 prop on Honda BF225 with Key West 23 WA and turn 6200 rpm's with 2 people and 1/2 tank of gas. Top speed is about 48mph. With more than 2 people and/or with near full tank of gas, I seem to need a bit more stern lift and thus am considering a 4 blade SS...
Ran a new Solas Titan 15X19 SS 3 blade prop on Honda 225 and Key West 23 WA. Hit 5600 rpm's @46mph. Would like to swap prop to Solas Titan 15 1/4X17. Do you think that will get me closer to 6000 rpm's. How will this affect fuel economy?
