    (model 85esl75e serial j4308395t) 15' V hull Gasstream bassboat, Just added bubble back exhaust plate off a 140hp got 200-300 extra rpm from this alone, 5" set back jack plate set at 3" below pad, 4 blade 18p prop, added tell tale and h2o gauge + new tach, hot foot with all new cables. :cool...

    prop removal

    My friend has a 1986 bayliner with a stock volvo 4 cyl. I/O. He hit something and took a chunk out of the prop. He says there is some kind of hub cone that he can't figure out how to remove. Need direction on how to remove volvo prop.

    bubble exhaust pee tube 85 hp to 135 hp

    I have a 1976 85 hp Johnson. I just installed a 135 hp bubble back exhaust plate. There is a fitting in the bottom of the new plate that was not on the old one. I plugged it. Is this going to be a problem? Doesn't the water exit the same way it did on the old one out the ports below the power...
