I am trying to replace my water pump on my 9.8 Tohatsu 2 stroke, i can't quite figure out how to remove the roll pins from the shift assembly to fully remove the lower unit. Do I remove the top roll pin or the bottom roll pin? What gear should the lever be in for removal of the lower unit...
