i have a Folding grapple anchor TYPE THAT IS HERE but i dont know how to tie it on so i can pull it up when i have 2. is there a way to tie it from the top first to the bottom. or from the bottom to the top. i cant figure it out. please help.

motor starts 1 or 2 pulls and will idle fine. give it about 1/4 throttle and it revs like you are giving it full throttle. has new power pack. new high tension coils. crabs were cleaned and adjusted to factory settings. the guy that did the carbs said that all seals were fine. still dont know...
we are having trouble adjusting the idle on my dad's boat. you have to rev the motor up high in order to get her to not die when you put the motor in gear. from what i have read i think the idle should be set in water and in gear. please correct me if that is wrong. this is one problem.
