i have a 76 18ft cobia with a 200 hp evinrude, the enngine runs great, the goes all the way foward but prop doesnt move and will not go into neutral by about 1\8" and will not go into reverse summers coming up what can i do?
1:throttle goes foward goes back to nuetral but will not go into reverse
2:prop spun great out of water but on maiden voyage the engine ran full capacity the prop spun enoung to chop the water but the boat would not go foward???
