I have done everything you suggested.I have had the carbs off 3 times and rechecked I did not take the #2 plug out but that will be the next thing i do

I have a 88 HP SPL Johnson
it wont Idle right when i pull the plugs on it they are wet I've rebuilt the carbs had them off 3 times Replaced the reeds. its just using fuel like crazy Not sure what to do next the compression on all cylinders are 135 give or take a few PSI I did pull the heads off...
