    Throttle adjust so it can go WOT

    My boat has the 2001 50hp Mercury, 4 stroke. I noticed when engine as off that when handle is pushed to WOT, it is really only rotating the butterfly's on carbs to 3/4 throttle. And when pushed from Nutrual to drive,, there is gap to the carb "Arm" to give some push to the lever on carb...

    Basic 4 stroke motor question,, mine happens to be 50hp Mercury for my Pontoon boat. Well this week i went up for 4th holiday and had time to mess w/ my bogging issue. I have a bog/miss after 2100 rpm, that goes till 3400, then picks the miss cylinder up,, then bog after 4000 rpm... Well...

    My motor is on a pontoon. I bought it used and carbs needed cleaning due to boging any RPM past idle,, jets were gummed,, after cleaning ran good execpt last inch of throttle it would bog down, so you pull back a little and ok... Just before bog,4200 rpm, you can slam the throttle WOT and it...

    Crest Pontoon boat IP gauges

    I have a 2002 22' Crest Family fishing Pontoon boat. There are 3 depresed optional locations for additional gauges on the instrument panel. Does anyone know if there is a web site or source for additional gauges to fill the spots ?<br /> Example: Compass, Tempeture gauge, Clock, ETC.
