ok guys, as you may have read in earlier post,I installed a jack plate on my tournament 1600-TF with my 1992 rude 90 horse and checked my cavitation plate while on plane fully trimmed out,the water is touching the bottom of the plate but not the top. seems as the motor is right in the highth it...

I installed a new water pump kit in my 1992 90 horse rude v-4 crossflow and noticed that there was a small hole in the housing. this hole looks to be made in there from the factory. i turned the prop with the muffs on and the lower unit off and water came out the hole like a straight stream. I...
I have a 1992 90 horse v-4 crossflow with a 13x19 prop. i have been told ro go to a 17 pitch prop. should i go 13x17 or 14x17? does anyone know what size came on this engine from the factory? I have to run my engine way down on the tilt to keep a good bite or it seems to cavitate as i start to...
