Owner says the power head was replaced several years ago and the motor has even compression on all six cylinders.

Hello all.
My motor is a 1991 Evinrude 15 hp. It has the remote controls with the red plug.
Sometimes when you turn the key nothing will happen. I've isolated the problem to the motor side of the wiring harness at the red plug (male side).
I'm pretty sure it's the yellow/red wire loosing contact...
