I have an intermittent spark from the coil. It ran for 1 hour or so then died abruptly. It starts and runs sometimes on the first turn of the key. It will die shortly after 1min or so. No spark from coil again. Seems like vibration or heat induced problem.

I know the 190 hp version has a 4 bbl. Are the intake manifolds different? Heads? What would be involved to make this upgrade assuming everything is is good shape?
I've got a 1985 Sea Ray 19' Seville that I just bought and took out for a trial run. It is running a 170 hp inline 4 merc. The voltage regulator blew up. I'll be swapping that out for another system. Anyone recommend a good source for the conversion kit.:rolleyes:
