My original cork swing arm sending unit went bad and I purchased a new style unit. After making sure everything works as it should, when I turn it on the gauge pegs out hard past full. Anybody know what ohms setting this fuel gauge is set on ( 0-190) or ( 33-240).
I have a 1987 Stratos 179v. When I bought the boat the trolling motor power cable had been cut and hooked to a 12v battery. I would liked to restore the trolling motor system back to original. Will the wiring harness and plug receptacle carry a 12 v battery and work normal.
