    Well I tore the lift pump off and looked at the diaphragm. Once I checked out the vapor separator and it was all good I checked the lift pump well there's a huge rip in the diaphragm fingers crossed the repair kit I ordered fixes it thanks for the insight !!

    The issue I had was it ran fine all day then got back to the dock trolled around for a minute then it wouldn't fire back up loaded it on tralier then got home took cover off and just checking everything over I primed the bulb and fuel just comes out from the throttle bodies. Not a down pour but...
