    recirc valve question

    I have an 1992 evinrude 200xp I have been having problems with it fouling plugs I checked the recirc valve and fluid and air can go both ways through it. Will replacing this little valve fix my problems? Thanks

    1992 evinrude 200 problems

    I have a 92 evinrude 200xp it wouldn't get on plane I replaced the stator and the powerpack it will now get on plane just slow and will only rev to 5000 rpms with a 22 pitch raker prop. If anybody has any suggestions please throw them at me. Thanks
