1986 Mercruiser 230, outdrive upgraded to A1 G2.
Boat has lived in salt water for years (unfortunately).
Recently found rod and springs inside Tee fitting badly corroded.
Question - After I replace the rod and springs, how do I know how much compression to put on the springs...
